Personal Training.

Jennifer can help you assess your body goals and create a plan and timeline to reach them. It is recommended you train between 2-3x a week and do homework Jennifer will assign.

​Jennifer can also create a nutrition plan specific to your body type that will complement your exercise program so you get stronger, leaner and mightier faster.

Pricing.

All session and package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
​No refunds or credit will be granted for schedule requests made within 24 hours of a scheduled session.

Group Training.

Jennifer also offers two person sessions and small group bootcamps. It's a fun way to get stronger alongside your friends or family. You'll engage in a little friendly competition, and everyone's rooting for each other to sweat. 

​​​If you have a small group or special event where you would like Jennifer to teach a bootcamp, message me for more information. Birthdays, bachelorette parties, and corporate holiday parties are all great group settings to
​get fit with your friends!
